Order confirmation emails are automatically sent when an online order has been placed. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your junk and spam folders. If it is not there, then you may have entered an incorrect email address.
Please send us an email at [email protected] so that we can check and update your email address accordingly.
You can either complete our online form or email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Label size (width x height)
- Quantity of labels
- Vinyl type
If you have your print-ready file/s you can attach this to your email/contact form.
We accept all vector art (AI, EPS or PDF files). Please make sure all art is created in CMYK colour mode and convert your fonts to outlines.
Artwork quality needs to be 300dpi minimum and can be in .jpg or .png file.
Bleed. All designs must have a 3mm bleed.
Font sizing. We recommend a minimum 6pt
It really depends on your order!
If you have ready to print files then we can get your vinyl stickers or stamps completed within 2-3 business days.
If a proof is required, please allow 1-2 business days for your pre-print proofs to be sent for your approval. Once approved your order will go into production.
For all other merchandise please allow 7-10 business days for your branded apparel to be custom made.
** Please note this is a guide only and does not include proofing and postage times. These times can be extended during busy periods or if your order is a larger quantity.
