Simply upload a high-resolution scan/image of your handwritten signature. We recommend using black ink on white paper for the best quality. Supported file types include JPEG, PNG or PDF.
You can upload your signature in JPEG, PNG or PDF formats. For the best results, please ensure your file has a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
Your signature will be scaled proportionally to fit within the specified stamp size. It may not fill the entire space depending on your signature’s size and the stamp’s dimensions.
Yes! In addition to your signature, you can add custom text (like a title or business name) to your self-inking signature stamp. This option is available only for larger stamps that have enough space to accommodate the extra text. Simply provide the text you want in the notes, and we’ll include it in the design.
Our self-inking signature stamps are built to last for thousands of impressions. Once the ink starts to fade, you can easily replace the ink pad or top it up with an ink refill to extend the life of your stamp.
